1. Eligibility: Giveaway is open only to those who enter via Instagram or Facebook on valid Elliott’s Boots accounts or in Elliott’s stores. Entrants must be 18 years old as of the date of entry. The giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Elliott’s Boots (the “Sponsor”), any prize provider, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Elliott’s Boots, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about September 1, 2020 and ending September 30, 2020. All entries must be received by September 30 at 11:59PM EST.

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered through the rules outlined in the social media post. To enter you must fulfill all three of the following requirements:

1. To be entered once, entrants must like the giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook.

2. Entrants must tag at least two friends in the comments.

3. Entrants must follow or like @elliottsboots, @charticreeklodge, @oboz and @fitssocks on either Instagram or Facebook.

Bonus entries: All entrants who purchase a pair of Oboz shoes in the month of September 2020 will receive 10 entries into the contest when they provide their contact information at checkout All entrants who purchase a pair of FITS socks will receive 5 entries when they provide their contact information at checkout

The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Elliott’s Boots. You may enter only once, except as specified above, and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple social accounts, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Elliott’s Boots.

Purchase not required to receive bonus entries. Entrants may receive up to 15 bonus entries by mailing a handwritten note requesting bonus entries by a stamped, self-addressed letter that includes a phone and/or email contact to:

5. Prizes: Winners will receive a 1-night stay for two in a detached field cabin at the Charit Creek Lodge in Big South Fork to be used in the 2020 season - stay includes two meals, Two pairs of Oboz hiking boots up to $140 per pair and 6 pairs of Fits socks with an approximate retail value of $700. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Free stay must be redeemed before 1/1/2021. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Elliott’s Boots to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry on social media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via phone number, email or direct message on the social account they entered the Giveaway with within five (5) days following the winner selection. Elliott’s Boots shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

8. Terms: Elliott’s Boots reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Elliott’s Boots may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to entry cut-off on 09/30/20 at 11:59 p.m. Elliott’s Boots reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or violates these Terms & Conditions. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Elliott’s Boots reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Release of Liability: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to the extent permitted by applicable law, to release Elliott’s Boots, Charit Creek Lodge, Oboz Footwear, FITS and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

10. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF U.S. AND Tennessee, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Tennessee having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

11. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Elliott’s Boots Website.

12. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed note to: Elliott’s Marketing, 3911 Western Ave, Knoxville, TN 37914 U.S. Requests must be received no later than 10/20/20.

13. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Giveaway is Elliott’s Boots. This giveaway is in no way endorsed or sponsored by Facebook, Instagram or the social platform hosting it.
