Shipping Notifications

If there is an issue with shipping your order, we will notify you by email within 2 business days of being informed of the problem. While we check stock on all items before processing, there may be rare occasions when manufacturers do not alert us to a delay or issue. If you have any concerns about your order status, please contact us anytime.

  

Free Ground Shipping

  • Free ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
  • Orders to Hawaii and Alaska require a $50.00 shipping fee.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or via USPS unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be new and unworn. Any visible wear (dirt, scuff marks, etc.) will result in the item being returned to you.
  • Use the original packaging for all returns/exchanges. Do not tape or wrap the original box—unwrapped/taped boxes will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • Customers have 90 days from delivery to request a prepaid return label for a free exchange only.
  • Returns for a refund require the customer to cover shipping. UPS or FedEx is recommended; we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund requests made after 90 days will be issued by company check.
  • Packing materials and boxes used in returns are non-refundable.

  

Defective Items

  • Accepted within 6 months of purchase for inspection.
  • For defective items only, we will refund up to $15.00 for return shipping.
  • Defective items can only be exchanged - no refunds. Receipt required.

  

Order Cancellations

We will make every effort to cancel your order if requested. However, orders are processed quickly and may ship before cancellation is possible. In that case, the cancellation will be treated as a return.
