A. There is a small window to cancel an order; please make sure you e-mail or give us a call as soon as the order is placed.



Q. Do you ship Internationally?
A. No. At this time we do not; but is something that could be added in the near future.



Q. What size should I order?
A. We always recommend ordering the size you typically wear; however, every brand can fit different.



Q. What Payment method do you accept?
A. Elliott's Boots accepts all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and American Express) We do not have the option of PayPal Checkout at this time. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or credit card gift cards (unless bank issued). Due to our US credit card verification service, we are unable to accept credit cards with international billing addresses.



Q. Do you charge Sales Tax?
