Q. What is your Price Match Policy?
A. **Must include freight and be available in same style, size and color. All claims on previously purchased items must be within 10 days. Not valid on promo codes, coupons or memberships, and we cannot price match with auction sites (Ebay), sale prices or mis-made items. **

Elliott's Boots is committed to providing the lowest prices, every day. Price matching is available on Elliott's Boots, either online or in-store. Requests must be made over-the-phone or at a retail location.It is the responsibility of the customer to provide valid proof of a comparable price with another competitor. Elliott's Boots reserves the right to verify and approve of all competitors' advertised pricing as well as the availability of the identical item (brand, style, size, and color).



1. We will price match all local retail competitors (as well as online retailers) up to 20% off of our listed selling price.
2. We cannot match any auction (Ebay) or wholesale websites, sales prices, or defected items.
3. The price to be matched must be valid at the time the price match is requested.
4. Price matches will not be accepted against any competitor's current sales price or clearance price, or with the use of any coupon. Retail coupons and discounts are forfeited upon receiving a price match.
   A. Coupons, discounts, and matched prices cannot be combined, for any reason.
5. Promotional gift cards may be combined with price matches, as they are treated the same as cash transactions.
6. Each price match will be adjusted ONLY to the final advertised price of the competitor, including the competitor's taxes and shipping fees.
7. An Elliott's Boots representative must be shown the website and location of the advertisement of the sale for approval.






Q. Coupon Codes?

*Military Orders Are Always 10% Off.



Q. Credit Card Information?
A. We do not keep your Credit Card Information in our Databases. In the event there is a problem with the credit card information or you request to make any changes to your order we may ask for this information again.




Q. Cancellations?
A. If you have to cancel your order, we will try every means to cancel your order. However we try to process orders in a timely manner to ensure you receive your order quickly. Sometimes we can't stop the item(s) from shipping, so in this case the cancellation will be handled as a return.




Q. What do the store availability colors mean?
A. Green = two or more pairs in stock, Yellow = limited stock, Red = out of stock. Please note that inventory changes frequently. Before heading to your preferred store, you can always call to confirm availability, place a hold or have inventory transferred from another store.



Q. What Payment method do you accept?
A. Elliott's Boots accepts all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express) We also accept PayPal and Pay in 4 by PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or credit card gift cards (unless bank issued). Due to our US credit card verification service, we are unable to accept credit cards with international billing addresses.

A. No. At this time we do not; but is something that could be added in the near future.



Q. What size should I order?
A. We always recommend ordering the size you typically wear; however, every brand can fit different.



Q. Do you charge Sales Tax?
A. Elliott's Boots charges sales tax in the required states.
