    What's on my Statement?

    Before your item(s) is shipped, your debit or credit card statement may show what looks like a deduction from your account. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being reserved within your account to ensure your order can be processed. This is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 3-7 days, depending upon the policy of your bank.

    Defective Merchandise

    ElliottsBoots.com has a six-month policy for manufacture defects. This does not include comfort or wear. If you feel your boot is defective you must follow the same steps as an exchange, and include a letter explaining the defect. Please be informed that you will be responsible for shipping the item back to ElliottsBoots.com. Once we receive the item, it will be evaluated and if found defective, we will replace the item and refund the amount plus cost of ground shipping, if you send a receipt showing the amount. If we determine that there is no defect and the item has been worn we will return the item back to you.

    Price Guarantee

    We offer a 100% price guarantee. 
    **Must include freight and be available in same style, size and color. All claims on previously purchased items must be within 10 days. Not valid on promo codes, coupons or memberships, and we cannot price match with auction sites (Ebay), sale prices or mis-made items. **


    Elliotts Boots is committed to providing the lowest prices, every day. Price Matching is available on Elliotts Boots. Requests must be made over the phone and customers must provide valid proof of comparable price with another online competitor. Elliotts Boots reserves the right to verify and approval of all competitors advertised pricing and the availability of the item.

    • Item must be identical to the item being matched with competitor - brand name, size, color, and style number.
    • Price must be valid at the time the price match is requested.
    • Prices Match will not be accepted against competitor current 'Sales Price' or 'Clearance Price', or use of any coupon.
    • Each Price Match will be adjusted to ONLY the final sales price of competitor, including competitor's tax and shipping fees.
    • A Elliotts Boots representative MUST be shown the website and location to where the advertisement of sale for approval.
    • Competitor item must be in stock at the time the price match is requested.




    Orders are delivered within 15 business days. If there is a problem shipping your order, we will notify you by e-mail within 4 business days if we receive a notification of the problem. We do apologize there are certain times when the manufacturers may not notify us of a problem. We do check the stock on all items before we process your order, however if we are not notified of any problem there may not be a notification sent to you. Please feel free to contact us at anytime to check on your order.

    We do not keep your Credit Card Information in our Databases. In the event there is a problem with the credit card information or you request to make any changes to your order we may ask for this information again.


    If you have to cancel your order, we will try every means to cancel your order. However we try to process orders in a timely manner to ensure you receive your order quickly. Sometimes we can't stop the item(s) from shipping, so in this case the cancellation will be handled as a return.
